Pros

Two days off per week

Cons

I worked at this company for a few months. The boss often spoke in a questioning tone, applied inconsistent standards each time, and liked to add work at the last minute. They were extremely difficult to communicate with and very subjective. I advise anyone with common sense not to work here, or you might suffer a cerebral hemorrhage.

Moreover, not all national holidays are days off, and you have to make up the workday when you take sick leave.

Pros

Colleagues are easy to get along with

Cons

Projects are often revised over and over. The people handling things beforehand hold meetings with clients and compile specifications, but the final content often differs greatly from the clients’ needs. After a project is completed, there are frequently additional requirements and requests to start over from scratch.

When wrapping up a project, the boss reviews your work first and then makes extensive changes to it, ostensibly to prevent the client from finding fault. Sometimes the client thinks a part is fine, but the boss does not, and you still have to keep revising it. The boss also likes to insert new projects and rush jobs at the last minute, constantly disrupting project schedules. So, it is normal for a project to take several months to close out. Then the boss will turn around and blame you for slacking off at work and working too slowly, claiming that you caused the company to lose money.

Yes, and because of all of the above, along with some other factors, things usually end up getting rather unpleasant with clients—you know what I mean.

I highly recommend this workplace to young people who want to hone their skills; it is very effective for gaining real-world work experience.

Pros

You don't have to pay to use the restroom.

Cons

This company has an extremely high turnover rate, so you can tell the problem starts at the very top!

Everyone knows that anyone can talk nonsense, but as a leader, merely talking nonsense is useless. You want employees to feel a sense of unity, yet you don't give them the same respect, treating them like disposable chopsticks or mere tools. Sure, you pay them a salary, but can you really say that the wages you pay never violate the Labor Standards Act?

Just to let everyone know, I dreamed that there was a company where employees got no days off when holidays fell on weekdays—no days off for February 28, National Day, Labor Day, and so on whenever they could avoid giving them. Then I also dreamed that the people at the top and their partners used employees as figureheads to apply for subsidies that existed in name only, and even had employees sign as the recipients’ accounts for collecting the money—ah, but it was all just a dream of mine~~~

Anyway, I feel this company is pretty much like that. If you want to join, good luck!
