You don't have to pay to use the restroom.
This company has an extremely high turnover rate, so you can tell the problem starts at the very top!
Everyone knows that anyone can talk nonsense, but as a leader, merely talking nonsense is useless. You want employees to feel a sense of unity, yet you don't give them the same respect, treating them like disposable chopsticks or mere tools. Sure, you pay them a salary, but can you really say that the wages you pay never violate the Labor Standards Act?
Just to let everyone know, I dreamed that there was a company where employees got no days off when holidays fell on weekdays—no days off for February 28, National Day, Labor Day, and so on whenever they could avoid giving them. Then I also dreamed that the people at the top and their partners used employees as figureheads to apply for subsidies that existed in name only, and even had employees sign as the recipients’ accounts for collecting the money—ah, but it was all just a dream of mine~~~
Anyway, I feel this company is pretty much like that. If you want to join, good luck!
