During the interview, they will ask why you want to change jobs and similar questions, and they will also check whether the time spent at each job on your résumé was very short. If you are looking for a short-term position, it is recommended that you not apply. The first three months are a probationary period. The company operates on a team-performance basis and also expects employees to be able to work independently. Job rotation is part of the role.
The interviewer spoke softly during the conversation, but emphasized that employees need to demonstrate sufficient professionalism and approachability. They also place considerable importance on first impressions, believing that job candidates who are too serious or do not smile much during the interview may come across as less approachable when interacting with customers. I personally felt that the expectation to be lively during the interview was somewhat unreasonable, but this varies from person to person; other interviews may not have this issue.
