Read the community guidelinesIf your religious beliefs align with the boss’s, the boss will be more tolerant (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
Unfriendly to working women: They often take leave because of their children or leave work early to pick them up. As a woman and a mother herself, the boss may verbally say that it’s fine, but if you offend her, she will emotionally manipulate you or deliberately make things difficult to force you to resign. She has previously laid off a pregnant woman and is a company that knows nothing about gender equality.
Labor and health insurance: Pay close attention to the salary bracket; there have been cases of underreporting, which can affect subsidies such as unemployment benefits and childcare allowances.
Disrespectful of professional expertise: Performance is all that matters. Marketing may direct designers from behind the scenes to operate software, acting as if “they know how to design and just don’t know the software.” This is extremely disrespectful to designers. They only ask for large text or want designs based on the visual work of other brands (a tribute?); designers should think twice before interviewing, unless you aspire to be a graphic production worker. Also, the pay is terrible.
Overall, what the boss likes most are unmarried, single employees who do not plan to get married or have children in the future, and who can work themselves to the bone and devote themselves to her (◐‿◑)
Ideally, you should be on call 24/7.
I selected “Average” because my supervisor told me to give her some face.
Everyone is welcome to come for an interview~
The only advantage is having a two-day weekend.
A stereotypical exploitative boss; the owner is also deeply obsessed with religion and holds people to double standards. The entire company has no professionalism whatsoever. The supervisor is the owner’s only best friend and has no ability, only knowing how to flatter the owner to secure her own position. No matter how seriously other people work, it is useless because the owner only listens to her best-friend supervisor’s one-sided account. She has bullied countless employees, and the office environment is so terrible that there are no words to describe it. Rats run around everywhere—it is frightening to an extreme.
The only advantage is having Saturdays and Sundays off.
The company is located in a somewhat old five-story office building. The offices on each floor all feel unoccupied, making the place somewhat desolate.
The company has fewer than 10 employees, all of whom are women.
The job duties are "not" limited to the beauty-related work and the three brands listed on the job website; you may also work with brands outside the beauty industry.
The only company benefit is gift money for the three major festivals, with no overtime pay. (They will say that, like other companies, they provide gift money for the three major festivals and that the benefits are all the same. But who has benefits as poor as your company's?)
There is also a second interview (designers will understand), and you have to take a test regardless of your experience.
The supervisor wore a mask and a hat throughout the interview.
Think twice before going to the interview.
