Well... that's about it
1. When work delays your meal, you can only end your lunch break on time, but if you eat early, you are required to end your lunch break early. It leaves a very poor impression.
2. Senior management only wants to make money by following others’ trends, without considering that others can rely on fame and profit to justify spending big budgets. The company’s own products lack competitiveness, yet it wants to sell them at high prices.
3. Upper management’s decisions are repeatedly indecisive, wasting employees’ time and reducing efficiency, which weakens the company’s overall growth.
4. There is no clear salary adjustment or bonus system, which hurts employee morale and leaves employees at a loss. The work offers no future prospects, which also affects the company’s future.
5. Salaries are often not paid on time, eroding employees’ confidence and sense of cohesion.
6. Weekly meetings are lengthy and inefficient. When urgent, they can be finished in an hour, but normally they often take six hours, consuming an entire workday.
7. Employees’ own expertise and professional division of labor are ignored, and employees are expected to become generalists. The company’s overall human resources utilization policy has loopholes.
8. Internal senior management lacks communication and makes inconsistent decisions, leaving employees with multiple people giving directions. This results in poor execution efficiency and more work leading to more mistakes.
