Pros

1. Paid typhoon days off

2. Motorcycle parking spaces available

Cons

1. The boss has an extremely strong urge to control warehouse operations.

2. Only the basic salary is provided. It is unclear whether there are bonuses for the three major holidays; they seem to be merely symbolic and are not actually paid.

3. The boss orders inventory whenever they want without coordinating with the warehouse staff (the boss also seems to handle purchasing part-time).

4. Before shipping, you also have to do the manual work involved in receiving goods. You can only find time to do it on your own.

5. The snacks and drinks provided on the second and sixteenth days of the lunar month may be gone after just one sneeze.

6. The environment is dirty and disorderly; there are even live rats running around in front of you.

7. The warehouse is too small, causing pet-related goods to frequently occupy the hardware storage areas. There is also no good planning, making the workflow excessively time-consuming due to constant moving and rearranging.

Pros

Unexpected!

Cons

The company is located in a desolate area, parking nearby is difficult, and the company environment is dirty and disorderly. The warehouse staff position listed on the employment website advertised a monthly salary of NT$28,000–35,000, but the actual offer at the interview was NT$27,000 + NT$2,000 perfect-attendance bonus. There is a second probationary period: after passing the three-month probation, you receive an additional NT$3,000, and after passing another review at six months, another NT$3,000. If you do not pass, you are dismissed. Most employees are young men; I did not see any women. It feels very difficult to pass the probationary period, leaving you with only NT$27,000 + NT$2,000 as a disposable employee. They also mentioned that other positions at the company have the same probationary period.
