Read the community guidelinesThe office environment at the company (not a restaurant) is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, but without a sign it’s hard to find. You need to call to confirm and ask the contact person to help open the door.
It should be quite challenging.
The interviewer seemed rather arrogant and lecturing, and did not think there were any problems with the company’s policies.
They frequently interrupted the candidate’s questions and descriptions, and looked down on topics related to academic qualifications and continuing education.
The job opening posted on 104 and the actual position and compensation discussed differed substantially.
The colleagues are quite nice.
I was tricked into joining; after actually verifying the previous person's post, it was indeed accurate.
The supervisors are actually pretty nice people. The company violating the Labor Standards Act isn't really their fault, so I hope people who dislike the company won't also come to dislike them.
A repeat offender that has been violating the Labor Standards Act for a long time. It has been reported by many employees many times and publicly announced by the government many times, yet General Manager Hsu Ya-ling still refuses to change. As a result, there are still a lot of Labor Standards Act violations now.
If you are still looking for a job, it would be best not to join this company, because its reputation in the food and beverage industry has already been ruined, making it unable to attract good talent. People who are tricked into joining will quickly resign once they realize something is wrong. As a result, the turnover rate is very high, and working here will only leave you exhausted.
Many employees are collecting evidence, so it will continue to be reported by more people in the future. Some people even plan to report the supervisors, so if the supervisors do not resign, they will sooner or later face a lawsuit, and the company will become even more chaotic by then.
The illegal violation notices are below and can all be looked up. There are already four publicly announced violations, and there are actually more violations than that.
