I can't think of any for now
The sales manager at the company puts a lot of effort into teaching sales techniques and also shares sales experience～
They’re a pretty good manager～
The rewards and penalties are simply too clearly defined～
Also, sales are based on an individual bonus system～there is no team bonus system～
Although this is fairer～it means you can’t receive performance bonuses from other colleagues～
This is somewhat unfair to people who are weaker at sales
