Salaries are never paid on time
No clocking in or out for work
As long as you continue to support all of the boss’s ideas (including the brainless ones), you can easily keep collecting your paycheck.
A complete mess. The boss is very irresponsible and inexperienced, and it feels like they’re just here to play around.
You won’t learn anything here, and no one will guide you.
No employee benefits.
I don't know
I went for an interview before.
The interviewer was constantly distracted
and kept looking at their phone,
giving me a very disrespectful feeling.
When I asked about the company's existing products and future plans,
they gave only vague answers.
They probably don't have any,
which made the company seem extremely unreliable.
None
Left me waiting empty-handed in the lobby and did not borrow an interview space from one of the offices in the building.
Conducted the interview directly in the busy lobby (there are more than 15 companies occupying offices on that floor).
The office space was very small, possibly no bigger than a room.
The interviewers were inexperienced.
They had not reviewed the candidate’s résumé and did not bring a copy of it to the interview, yet they immediately asked me to introduce myself.
The system architect lacked experience.
When discussing storing encrypted data in a database,
they actually asked whether the data in the database would still be useful if the database were breached.
When asked about the company’s products, they also struggled to answer.
They may not know what they are supposed to do.
I had already confirmed by email that the salary range was acceptable,
but after I arrived, they said, “That much?” (confused Black person meme ???)
At the end, one person gave me a business card while the other did not.
It was only at the end that I found out one of them was the system architect; the other person’s role remains unknown.
The workplace is in a shared office, with many different companies on the same floor and equipment shared by everyone.
I applied to the Technical Department. I felt that the manager conducting the interview lacked experience. During the interview, they did not bring the applicant’s résumé and simply asked the applicant to introduce themselves. I asked questions related to the company’s future development, but the answers were also very vague.
