The workplace is in a shared office, with many different companies on the same floor and equipment shared by everyone.

I applied to the Technical Department. I felt that the manager conducting the interview lacked experience. During the interview, they did not bring the applicant’s résumé and simply asked the applicant to introduce themselves. I asked questions related to the company’s future development, but the answers were also very vague.
