Read the community guidelinesEvery month, you can get free clothes from the company.
The break time is an hour and a half.
There is a subsidy for employee trips.
The coworkers are difficult to get along with.
When new employees ask questions after joining, they may still be mocked. The veteran employees act as if every e-commerce platform in the world should operate the same way as theirs, which is extremely frustrating.
Moreover, even though a particular operation in Photoshop has a standard name (for example, a layer mask), the veterans insist on calling it “embedding”???
It makes no sense. Isn’t the shortcut key you pressed specifically the shortcut for creating a layer mask? They even act as though others are pretending to understand when they do not. I really don’t know who is the one with a problem understanding the words on the computer screen.
Their words are full of sarcasm, which makes people feel very uncomfortable.
The atmosphere in the office is extremely quiet, and everyone sticks to their own small groups.
The veterans also barely pay any attention to new coworkers; they only keep throwing work at them so that they do not have to handle it themselves.
Overall, the experience is simply very bad.
A one-and-a-half-hour break
There are absolutely no other advantages.
The owner clearly does not know how to manage employees and will not hire a supervisor. They do not understand marketing, yet they hired talents from various companies and asked each employee to report to them about the problems the company needs to improve. They refuse to listen to repeated advice and even keep believing that their own approach is correct. The year-end bonus and salary adjustment system were also different from what was described during the interview. I feel that this company has absolutely no integrity.
The owner always reforms things casually according to their own ideas, often causing difficulties for employees in their work. They only make empty promises and blindly bring in a large number of new employees without knowing how to properly allocate their responsibilities or improve the company’s operational policies. Then they constantly criticize employees, asking why they cannot achieve the performance targets, why the company is not growing, and why the content is so monotonous. Most outrageous of all, if they simply do not like an employee, they will use all kinds of reasons to dismiss you.
