They like hiring inexperienced people but are unwilling—or unable—to train them, resulting in high turnover and attrition rates. Don’t expect to learn much from your managers here; you’ll have to figure everything out through trial and error on your own. The systems are a complete mess. Many things have to wait for a manager’s decision, yet the manager often disappears. Project management is chaotic: they frequently expect you to produce exactly what they want immediately, with no resources or budget, and then question why you didn’t do a good job. If you’re not a highly resilient, compliant type, think twice before joining!!
The responsibilities are very diverse. You are often expected to handle things that were not mentioned during the interview, so you can learn a lot of content unrelated to your position.
Basically, not many people stay for more than three months. Anyone considering joining should seriously think about why the employee turnover here is so high. Former employees generally end up blocking the company and completely falling out with it. After joining, you may also face unreasonable demands: you are expected to accept them and obey everything. People with strong stress tolerance can give it a try.

The company’s systems are unbelievably bad. No one can guide you, yet there’s a mountain of miscellaneous work. Whenever they think of something that needs to be done, they expect you to do it immediately, regardless of whether it falls within your job responsibilities.....The most ridiculous thing is that the boss and the manager’s ideas are completely inconsistent, resulting in you having to redo the same task several times. After wasting your time, they turn around and blame you for being inefficient. What’s even more ridiculous is that the manager insists people treat her with the utmost deference; she loves putting on airs, smiling while making things difficult for others, yet she’s actually a complete layperson... Just placating this young lady is exhausting.....haha
