Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional HR staff. I don't know whether they were filling in from another field, but during the interview they emphasized that your company was short-staffed and that each employee had to do the work of three people. If you want to attend an interview without being mistreated, you can read the experience below.

I am pasting here the content of my reply to your company on 104.

Thank-you letter:

Before sending interview invitations to job seekers, please have your HR staff filter candidates themselves first, rather than brushing it off with a sentence saying that they have looked at many applicants' résumés.

You were so unprofessional that it made people think your job was merely ordering afternoon tea and finding people to chat with.

I have also applied to many companies, and I would never say that I had submitted many résumés, so I really don't understand what the position advertised by the interviewing company involves.

Only after I arrived did you say that you wanted candidates with experience, while the requirements stated that experience was not required? Do you want me to teach you how to use 104? You wasted my time.

Moreover, I was not the one who proactively sent my résumé to you. You sent me the interview invitation and confirmed it with me, so you had plenty of time and opportunities to screen candidates. Please get your facts straight.

Furthermore, regarding the length of a job seeker's work experience, your parents gave you eyes to read, so you did not need to wait until the job seeker showed up before commenting about it there. Were you trying to embarrass me?

It makes me even more confused about how exactly you send interview invitations. Do you just fire blindly in all directions? You should at least look like you are doing your job instead of being so careless.

Today you did not even look at the information of the candidate you were interviewing, and you emphasized that you happened to be short-staffed. That's your own fault. Even if you find someone, they will resign soon after joining.

Thank you very much for today. You don't need to reply; I will not respond again. I hope your company never finds suitable candidates. Thank you.
