Read the community guidelinesMake good use of student workers for various tasks,

and you can tell how impressive it really is just by looking at the positive reviews below.
You’ll understand the drawbacks by looking at the responses below.
You have a great deal of control over your own work, and your supervisor does not interfere excessively, leaving plenty of room to develop your strengths. You can also ask questions whenever you encounter problems. I personally like being able to arrange my own work, as it helps develop time-management and insight skills.
You need to be highly capable of working independently, and sometimes you may suddenly be assigned other tasks. If you have no ideas, you may not know what to do when you come to work each day.
The company moves very quickly, and its transformation last year also led to changes in the work content. You need to enjoy taking on challenges. If you prefer a stable job, this place may not be suitable for you.
The colleagues here are all very willing to communicate with one another and share their experiences openly. When we make mistakes, the full-time employees patiently guide us and communicate with us, helping us understand and effectively improve our mistakes so that we can grow more quickly!
The supervisors are also very willing to listen to our opinions. They are always happy to discuss any ideas or problems we have at work!
With a great work environment and highly enriching internship responsibilities, this is highly recommended for anyone looking for their first internship or wanting to take on a variety of different tasks!
When I first came here, I wrote travel articles and edited videos. However, the company later underwent a transformation, and my responsibilities changed significantly. I was exposed to areas I had not previously expected and began participating in writing different types of articles.
I already knew that writing was not my strong suit, so when I first started writing articles, I really encountered setbacks again and again. At work, there were situations where partners would read my messages without replying or were unwilling to grant authorization.
However, after several months of practice, writing became smoother, and I became better able to manage my writing speed and the richness of my content.
This company is in the travel industry.
It is a subsidiary of Wanka Travel Agency.
This is not really a benefit—just a cautionary tale.
Now, let’s talk about the benefits.
Good natural lighting.
A square, well-proportioned layout.
Two restrooms: one for men and one for women.
Lightweight partition walls.
I can only mention some benefits that you might care about if you were buying an office.
If you’re interviewing for a customer service position,
don’t come. Seriously. Aside from the extremely high turnover,
you’ll also be looked down on by the sales team.
And, as far as I know,
the compensation is rock bottom.
If you want to work as customer service at this company, you might as well get a part-time job at McDonald’s.
If you’re interviewing for an engineering position,
I’ve seen their server room.
I don’t understand that equipment,
but I could tell that the cooling relies on a single electric fan—
the kind people use to blow air on themselves from the sofa or bed at home in summer.
Also, the senior manager of the IT department (am I phrasing this cautiously enough?)
previously berated one of my coworkers.
I genuinely think that’s unacceptable: an older man
swearing directly at a woman during a meeting.
I don’t believe he would treat the people under him any better.
If you’re interviewing for a position in the marketing department,
there are many senior colleagues in the marketing department,
especially the boss, who is a very senior veteran himself.
He is very willing to teach you as if you were his apprentice,
but the compensation is a little lacking.
It depends on the individual; I think marketing is okay—
if there are actually any coworkers.
