Read the community guidelinesThe supervisor was really nice. The interview was relaxed and stress-free, and he was not at all pretentious. The whole interview was very enjoyable. After the three-month probation period, the company policy is to increase the salary by 5,000. He also said that if colleagues have nothing to do at the company, he hopes they will leave work early rather than stay at the company wasting time.
No overtime pay.
If you enjoy listening to senior colleagues and elders bragging or lecturing, you might consider that a perk of the job.
Working hours:
Working overtime every day without overtime pay; working hours cannot be tracked because there is no clock-in system.
Impressions:
At first, the job posting said that everything would comply with the Labor Standards Act and that it was suitable for people with families and children. However, just a few days after joining the company, as soon as I mentioned the Labor Standards Act to the person in charge, they flew into a rage and yelled at me. They completely refused to listen and kept saying, “Go ahead and sue if you want,” and even said they simply disliked me and wanted to pick a fight with me. I was speechless……
The person in charge shows extreme disrespect toward all other professionals, believing they are very capable, so everything the people underneath them do has to be done quickly. After work, you are required to handle company matters. Although national holidays are days off, you will be scolded if you do not spend time working on company matters. Despite the large registered capital, anything that costs money is considered too expensive.
Everything above was just a dream…… Everyone should eat well and sleep well as usual, and avoid overworking. Keep your eyes open while awake and look carefully, so you won’t keep having nightmares.
