Pros
The supervisor was really nice. The interview was relaxed and stress-free, and he was not at all pretentious. The whole interview was very enjoyable. After the three-month probation period, the company policy is to increase the salary by 5,000. He also said that if colleagues have nothing to do at the company, he hopes they will leave work early rather than stay at the company wasting time.
Cons
No overtime pay.
