Everyone from the boss to the managers at this company is terrible. More than a dozen employees have left, yet the managers don't think it's their own problem. The company keeps parachuting in managers and employs a bunch of useless people. Employees work themselves to death, but even after three or four years, their salary is still less than 28,000. I advise everyone not to stay here.

Under no circumstances should you work for this company—it’s a sweatshop!!! Last year, it was somewhat acceptable when the company said new employees were ineligible for the bonus because they did not meet the requirements. However, after making it through a full year, this year they said we were ineligible because our joining date was too late. Coincidentally, this was also the time of year when the most people joined, during the company’s busiest period, yet they used this excuse to deny us the bonus. How can anyone find that convincing? No wonder the company’s turnover rate is always so high. I urge anyone considering joining this “family” to think twice.
BeeBeep has separate departments for warehouse logistics and office functions such as IT, finance, Japanese specialists, graphic design, PM, marketing, and more.
I’m referring to the office here. The advantages are:
1. Good environment: bright lighting, large desks, and cabinets.
2. We often need to work together to complete tasks. Colleagues get along easily, and the atmosphere is good.
1. Very busy
2. The salary is not particularly high
3. We often work overtime (although overtime pay is provided)

If you want to make money, come apply for a warehouse position at this company. By following the warehouse supervisor’s way of doing things and cooperating with him, you can keep padding your income with overtime pay. There is also a meal allowance for overtime; if you did not eat, just find a blank receipt and pocket 100 easily—the head office will not check.
The warehouse supervisor and a certain employee can show up for work whenever they please. When there is nothing to do, they look at emails, reply to questions, watch streaming platforms, follow streamers, and listen to streamers sing—killing time together, slacking off, and earning overtime. Even when everything has clearly been completed, they can still claim 1–2 hours of overtime. Then, the next day, even when there is no inventory, they can come to work early. In short, as long as the head office trusts this supervisor, it lets him do as he pleases. The other five or six people in the warehouse simply cannot put up with it.

There is a lot of infighting in the warehouse, so be careful and avoid being talked about behind your back... absolutely terrifying!!
There can't be any.
BIBIANG had the negative comments about their company taken down through legal notices!
After discussing it with internal colleagues, I don't want to have anything more to do with them.
Also, in order to protect the personal privacy of colleagues in various departments within the company,
I chose to delete my comment.
BIBIANG is a “good company.” As for whether it really is, you can judge for yourself.
You can choose to refer to other people's comments.
All I can say is, with so many e-commerce companies to choose from, if you choose this one, you might as well go buy a lottery ticket!

The work environment is filled with goods and quite cluttered
I heard it was acquired by PChome, but it does not offer PChome’s benefits
The job posting says “salary negotiable,” but during the actual interview they told you the salary would be below NT$40,000
There is very little awareness of labor regulations; it feels like there is no HR position
When asked whether there is a salary adjustment system, they said there is, but then also said it depends on the company’s operating conditions—as if a raise were a gift falling from the sky
It is speechless to hear this. Doesn’t this simply mean there is no system?
