The work environment is filled with goods and quite cluttered
I heard it was acquired by PChome, but it does not offer PChome’s benefits
The job posting says “salary negotiable,” but during the actual interview they told you the salary would be below NT$40,000
There is very little awareness of labor regulations; it feels like there is no HR position
When asked whether there is a salary adjustment system, they said there is, but then also said it depends on the company’s operating conditions—as if a raise were a gift falling from the sky
It is speechless to hear this. Doesn’t this simply mean there is no system?
