Read the community guidelinesBasically, the job involves the usual duties of a sales representative: preparing quotations, shipping orders, sending samples, managing e-commerce/social media platforms, and assisting with the administrative work involved in attending overseas trade shows, among other things.
The working hours are exactly 8 hours, and you absolutely will not need to work overtime unless a customer keeps pressing you for information. However, in general, the boss will not let you work overtime and will ask you to hurry home after work to rest.
The work environment is clean and comfortable, with very little pressure. There are performance bonuses, and colleagues do not compete with one another for orders. Everyone is very nice.

I interviewed for the Business Assistant position. Basically, the interview was conducted by the boss. At the beginning, an assistant provided a written test, which involved writing English introductions for two products. After I finished, the boss came in for the interview. First, I had to introduce myself, and they also asked how well I understood the company. It seemed to be intended to observe my initiative and enthusiasm for the work. The boss then asked some questions about my previous work experience. Basically, just answer honestly. The boss appeared to be very friendly and spoke politely.
It looks like a small company, but the work environment feels very comfortable and not particularly stressful.
