Basically, the job involves the usual duties of a sales representative: preparing quotations, shipping orders, sending samples, managing e-commerce/social media platforms, and assisting with the administrative work involved in attending overseas trade shows, among other things.
The working hours are exactly 8 hours, and you absolutely will not need to work overtime unless a customer keeps pressing you for information. However, in general, the boss will not let you work overtime and will ask you to hurry home after work to rest.
The work environment is clean and comfortable, with very little pressure. There are performance bonuses, and colleagues do not compete with one another for orders. Everyone is very nice.
