Read the community guidelines1. The company underwent a major overhaul, and the current work environment is very friendly. Although there aren’t many employees, everyone gets along well.
2. Although starting over takes some time, the benefits employees are entitled to are provided, and the company generally doesn’t make things difficult for its employees.
3. The working hours are shorter than those at most companies, and if you’re capable enough, you almost never need to work overtime.
4. The supervisors are approachable and communicative. Any questions or ideas can be brought up for discussion.
1. There are currently relatively few employees, so the work is somewhat disorganized, and you may need to handle many things at the same time. This job is not suitable for people who forget things easily and don’t take notes.
2. They keep replenishing the snacks, which has made me gain weight.
Responsibility-based system; no clocking in or out
1. The company advocates not working overtime and operates on a responsibility-based system, but the boss sends messages and makes phone calls after working hours to assign tasks.
2. This startup has only been established for three years, yet more than three designers and design assistants/interns have come and gone. One design assistant/intern had only been employed for one month—what’s wrong with this company??
3. At first, everyone seems easy to get along with, but be careful: people here are clearly two-faced and cliquish. They talk behind others’ backs and stir up trouble in front of the boss. As soon as you leave work, someone immediately goes and snitches.
4. Maliciously dismisses people without even being able to give a reason, saying that you don’t fit our company culture??? What exactly is your culture??
5. There’s neither breadth nor depth. They can’t even afford bananas, so don’t speak so loudly!
