1. The company underwent a major overhaul, and the current work environment is very friendly. Although there aren’t many employees, everyone gets along well.
2. Although starting over takes some time, the benefits employees are entitled to are provided, and the company generally doesn’t make things difficult for its employees.
3. The working hours are shorter than those at most companies, and if you’re capable enough, you almost never need to work overtime.
4. The supervisors are approachable and communicative. Any questions or ideas can be brought up for discussion.
1. There are currently relatively few employees, so the work is somewhat disorganized, and you may need to handle many things at the same time. This job is not suitable for people who forget things easily and don’t take notes.
2. They keep replenishing the snacks, which has made me gain weight.
