Pros

The boss is a nice person, and although the company is small, the environment is good.

Cons

There was originally an agreement that there would be bonuses tied to targets, but I didn't receive any bonuses during the six months I was there. The company has a very high turnover rate; on average, it seems to replace a whole group of people every three months. The work is chaotic and there are no established systems. The male manager has no professional ability and makes up strategies recklessly every day, throwing the entire team into chaos. Not recommended.

Pros

1. The company has beauty and personal care products such as fragrances, and the overall environment is small but nice.

2. The average age of the company’s employees is around 30–40.

Cons

1. One male and one female interviewer conducted the interview separately. The interview with the male manager was relaxed, but when it switched to the female manager, she asked for an excessive amount of information about my previous company. When I said I was not comfortable disclosing my previous salary, she looked extremely frustrated and said, “Companies in the industry all use your previous salary as a reference.” (I have never seen someone try to lowball a candidate without even pretending otherwise.) She also asked whether I received holiday bonuses, year-end bonuses, performance bonuses, and so on.

2. When asking about salary expectations, they said that compensation at their company consists of a base salary plus bonuses, and then asked again, “So, what salary are you expecting?” If you tried to ask in return approximately how much the average bonus was, or how much the previous bonus had been, they would play dumb and say that it varied each time, without saying how much it was.

3. They repeatedly emphasized that the company values teamwork, so employees may need to work overtime when there is a heavier workload or during major shopping events. They said it was a responsibility-based system, but did not say whether overtime pay was provided.

Conclusion: People who are interested in related beauty products and the e-commerce industry can give it a try.

Pros

The company is 妝漾子, an agent for Japanese and Korean beauty products.

You can see various Japanese and Korean beauty products. The office is in Neihu and is quite new.

The company's employees are very young.

Cons

The interview was extremely time-consuming. I had interviews with two managers, and they did not indicate that another manager would also interview me; a manager interview suddenly came up again.

Manager 1 spoke somewhat more normally.

Manager 2 was very forceful and repeatedly emphasized that the company operates under a responsibility-based system, that frequent overtime is required, and that employees must support different departments.

They also kept probing into my former company, asking about its performance, business model, planning, and so on.

After I gave general answers, they responded to every question by saying, “I don’t understand. Why do it this way? What’s the point of doing this???”

They also kept trying to extract information about my former company’s performance, copying things down and muttering about how the company was too good to its employees.....

Of course, due to commercial confidentiality, I could only provide general information, but this manager kept pressing me for the monthly performance of the major and minor accounts. I was full of question marks???

All I can say is: you should be extremely passionate about e-commerce, able to accept frequent overtime and supporting different departments (such as packing orders).

You also need to be proficient in graphic design. You have to handle marketing, graphic design, packing orders, and so on.

You must be extremely passionate.

Oh, right—on the day of the interview, I saw the visitor logbook. Someone had just reported for work two days earlier.^^

I don’t know whether that person left, or whether they just enjoyed conducting interviews.
