The HR person is nice. It wouldn’t hurt if the department manager’s attitude were a little worse; working with someone like that must also be very tiring.

The work schedule is somewhat flexible.

For people who enjoy socializing,

there are a lot of company activities.

I recommend that everyone avoid the Finance and Accounting Department.

The female manager surnamed Chen in Finance and Accounting is good at using her authority to bully subordinates.

She threatens them with performance evaluations at the slightest opportunity.

Her way of doing things depends entirely on her mood.

Normal managers protect their subordinates,

but she is good at finding all kinds of ways to bully them.

The company knows about her problems.

After all, she has quite a record of driving people away since joining the company.

But the company still protects her.

I really recommend not coming to a company like this.

There is a very petite HR person who is friendly and professional; she seems to be the boss’s personal secretary. (You can sense a strong sense of servility.)

The salary is average, but the bonuses are quite generous.

Also, at the year-end banquet raffle, everyone gets a prize regardless of their start date. The minimum seems to be 5,000 or so... much more generous than most companies.

Basically, everyone at the company works overtime on a regular basis.

Most worth mentioning is a female manager in charge of the KOL team who is very concerned with maintaining her image and cannot accept that there are things she “can’t do.”

She also cannot accept employees saying “can’t” or “don’t know.” She controls everything, including how employees speak and the punctuation in their emails.

She always thinks she is right and does not know how to self-reflect. She has always believed that she is excellent at managing her emotions, unaware that she is the main source of pressure on people throughout the company. She deliberately cultivates a domineering persona.

Everyone has to watch her mood, and it is often easy to offend her unintentionally :) Whoever becomes her subordinate is truly terribly unlucky.

If you are thinking of working there, take good care.

1. The benefits and work environment are both very good

2. The colleagues are all very easy to get along with... except for one person (more on that below)

3. There is almost no need to work overtime

Please, everyone, do not apply for the accounting or finance positions. The direct supervisor for these roles has very low EQ, and I hear that she has already driven away many colleagues!

This supervisor creates enormous pressure and engages in workplace bullying. If you don't believe me, go look at 面試趣 ^^; it contains reviews from colleagues who experienced it firsthand.

Almost everyone who has interacted with this supervisor dislikes her very much, and you really cannot tell during the interview.

Even the top manager cannot do anything about this person.
