1. The benefits and work environment are both very good
2. The colleagues are all very easy to get along with... except for one person (more on that below)
3. There is almost no need to work overtime
Please, everyone, do not apply for the accounting or finance positions. The direct supervisor for these roles has very low EQ, and I hear that she has already driven away many colleagues!
This supervisor creates enormous pressure and engages in workplace bullying. If you don't believe me, go look at 面試趣 ^^; it contains reviews from colleagues who experienced it firsthand.
Almost everyone who has interacted with this supervisor dislikes her very much, and you really cannot tell during the interview.
Even the top manager cannot do anything about this person.
