Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues are very nice.
1. A family-owned small business: those who have it easy really have it easy, while those who have it tough are made to do the work of two people.
2. The boss has low emotional intelligence and always thinks they are right. They never listen to other people's opinions, including those of vendors.
3. Despite having been established for a long time, the company is always losing money. They love to paint a rosy picture, but there has been absolutely no progress.
4. The policies are unclear. Even the meager one-month year-end bonus is subject to deductions for consumables. Taking leave does not only result in a deduction from that month's salary—the year-end bonus is deducted again as well.
5. The training is described as employee instruction, but in reality it means listening to the boss lose their temper.
6. The environment is awful: there is no air conditioning, the laboratory standards are poor, and you breathe in solvent fumes to the fullest—you're basically a human air purifier.
7. Organic solvents are stored in violation of regulations, raising serious safety concerns.
8. They are extremely generous to outsiders but very stingy with employees, always trying to spend the least money possible while producing high-quality products.
I urge everyone to think carefully. Only those who feel they have lived too long should come.
The colleagues are very nice.
Upper management is very stingy—extremely stingy. They can't afford many things, and even requesting the purchase of something can get you nagged at for an entire week.
The colleagues are very nice
I urge everyone to think twice—there are so many job opportunities out there.
The systems at this company are unclear.
The management is very problematic; everything is the employees’ fault.
In their spare time, they badmouth employees, and the employees badmouth one another even more.

This company's policies and systems are unclear.
The management is seriously problematic; everything is the employees' fault.
In their spare time, they badmouth employees; each employee is more badmouthed than the last.
The colleagues are all very nice.
I have no idea what the upper management is thinking. In their eyes, every employee is scheming against them. Unless you’re very good at flattering the boss, you’d better not come here. They don’t take your suggestions seriously, but if you don’t offer any, they say you’re not committed. Oh, and apparently this year they deducted money from employees’ year-end bonuses for damaged consumables. This is the first time I’ve encountered a company where employees have to pay for the company’s consumables.
