Read the community guidelinesThe company is in a good location, close to an MRT station.
The company was formerly known as 謙迅國際有限公司. Someone previously posted a review, which you can refer to in the article below; the situation really is more or less as described.

Additional comments:
1. The company’s compensation and benefits are poor. No one can guarantee that you will definitely receive the three traditional holiday bonuses or an annual bonus, because people usually do not stay for more than a year, so it is unclear whether these are provided every year. The leave system follows the Labor Standards Act. Apart from what I mentioned above, everything else listed on 104 is available to see but not to receive—in other words, it basically does not exist.
2. The company has a very high turnover rate. Nearly 40 people left within three years, and there was a time when 7 or 8 people left within a little over a month. Anyone who has stayed for a year is already considered a very senior employee.
3. It is a small company with fewer than 10 employees, with virtually no systems or regulations. It is perfectly normal for benefits to suddenly be introduced and then immediately cut.
4. Job responsibilities are very miscellaneous. For example, programmers may also have to conduct market research or planning-related work, while planners may have to double as designers or handle general affairs. In short, whenever the boss thinks of something, you are expected to take it on.
5. The boss is very rude toward people, shouts at employees, uses harsh language, and frequently makes sarcastic or insulting remarks.
6. Employees are required to bring their own computers, but no subsidy is provided.
7. The boss loves to make grand promises, while work progress and goals are unclear. It is difficult to get things done, yet you are constantly criticized, and the boss nitpicks over things that could clearly be handled very simply.
8. The atmosphere at the company is strange, often carrying a gloomy, oppressive mood.
When I watched the movie "The Great Buddha+",
and saw the owner of the Gelobor "Cultural and Creative Arts" (Buddha statue factory)—Huang Qi-wen (Kevin),
I felt a very, very familiar feeling.
When I saw a Facebook page called Damn Boss,
I felt a very, very familiar feeling.
You feel that you know all the bosses being criticized there, and that you have personally experienced every incident they complain about.
After getting to know the boss, I realized that Lien Sheng-wen is truly both kind and intelligent.
Please insist that labor and health insurance be provided; the employer’s share must not be deducted from the employee’s wages.
When discussing your salary with the boss, be sure to put everything in writing in a formal contract, so that what you receive in your paycheck does not differ from what you remember agreeing to.
Benefits, profit sharing, and bonuses that are not established in a written contract are not enforceable. Even if there was a verbal promise, there may be nothing you can do if they refuse to pay and claim it never happened.
Be sure to record your conversations with the boss. If you are insulted, threatened, or intimidated, a recording can serve as evidence in litigation.
Before reporting for work, read the Labor Standards Act carefully, especially Article 14.
Never follow the boss’s orders to do anything illegal, including using pirated software.
A company that even uses pirated Office software has no future.
While employed, it is best to keep your résumé active on job-search websites. Take time off to attend interviews whenever an opportunity arises, and switch jobs immediately if you find a higher-paying position.
The air conditioning is quite cool.
The boss’s surname is Fang. The company shares an address with Fengyu Investment, whose registered representative is the wife of the owner of Floor 9 No. 1. For the rest, you can refer to the reviews of Fengyu Investment and its parent company, Qianxun International Co., Ltd.
