Read the community guidelinesAfter reading all the comments above, I realized that the company has quite a few issues with scheduling and coordinating time, as well as with its SOPs.
The originally scheduled interview time had passed, and I waited for 40 minutes without receiving any notice of a delay. Only afterward was I informed that the supervisor had been delayed by another interview and was asked whether I could accommodate the interview immediately. This arrangement was indeed difficult to accept.
Job seekers also have their own work and personal schedules. An interview should involve mutual respect, rather than requiring job seekers to accommodate the company’s last-minute arrangements unconditionally.
Considering the communication and scheduling of this interview, I have decided not to proceed with it. I also hope that the company will pay more attention to scheduling and coordination in the future.
Thank you.

After seeing their deployment plan for small and medium-sized enterprises, it was truly a complete mess....
They even expect engineers to climb up and down, using the stairs themselves to install wireless network equipment (where is the cabling contractor????)
If those small and medium-sized enterprises knew that so much cost was spent running so many data cables, they would probably think this was some shoddy contractor from who-knows-where....
The boss contradicts himself, saying there supposedly shouldn’t be any problems, then saying he can’t guarantee that the engineers won’t get injured........(does he really know what he’s talking about)

Regardless of whether they are field or office staff, employees are required to take turns cleaning, mopping, washing the toilets, and taking out the trash. The supervisor is insane and randomly blows up. The work environment is poor, like working in a warehouse. There are not even desktop computers, so you have to use a mobile phone to answer customer calls. It’s truly absurd.
The colleagues are quite easy to get along with.
The staff turnover is extremely high. The business, administrative, and engineering roles in the corporate department are all filled by newcomers. Apart from the owner, no one has been there for more than a year; everyone else is new. The corporate department manager has symptoms of bipolar disorder and will have emotional outbursts whenever someone says the wrong thing. All administrative procedures have to be figured out independently because the company does not give new employees time to learn. If you resign during the probationary period, your pay is calculated on a daily basis. After joining, if you work in the same industry, you must pay NT$100,000 in compensation. Even administrative staff are required to sign this kind of contract.

It feels like there are established systems in place
They tell you the company is results-oriented
But in reality, they expect you to use your own time to get work-related matters done
I also heard that there is no overtime pay
Additionally, I noticed the use of pirated software

You get to see all kinds of insanely funny solutions from the boss.
They often post internship recruitment ads on PO. I recommend not going. Here, I saw what it means for an intern to be paid NT$200 a day and still have to run around outside.
