Read the community guidelinesThe boss seems like a very nice person, and there are few employees internally, so it seems like a good place to get along.
The equipment is very inadequate, and although they require a background in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, they only offer a salary of 25K.
The air in the factory is poorly ventilated, and the heavy metal odor makes people feel uncomfortable.
It's most relaxed when the boss is out.
There is no clocking in or out, no overtime pay, and on payday, employees sometimes receive cash; otherwise, the boss tells the accountant to transfer the money to employees (there is no fixed payroll bank; they keep saying they will arrange one, but never do).
The boss is extremely stubborn and often gets angry with employees over trivial matters (for example, not ordering his lunch box. The reason we don't order it for him is that he doesn't pay for it). He often just talks without taking action, and puts off things he doesn't want to do for as long as possible, then rushes to take the credit after someone else has finished handling them.
Also, whenever he creates a problem himself, somehow every mistake is everyone else's fault. He fails to handle urgent matters and spends his time doing things that don't matter.
