The boss seems like a very nice person, and there are few employees internally, so it seems like a good place to get along.
Cons
The equipment is very inadequate, and although they require a background in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, they only offer a salary of 25K.
The air in the factory is poorly ventilated, and the heavy metal odor makes people feel uncomfortable.
