Read the community guidelinesYou can be called into meetings at the last minute—the kind that go on forever and have absolutely no point.
It's too excellent; basically, everything needs improvement.
Hehe, making the best of a difficult situation.
The engineering department is so idle—how could there possibly be overtime? If there is overtime, it must be because the engineers aren’t capable enough!!
If you’re capable, hopefully you can earn more than 30,000 a month, haha.
No need to rent a place—if you’re not capable enough, just sleep at the company. Why go home?
Working at a startup means watching the sunrise together~
I hope everyone at this company can retire early and enjoy their later years.
The company seems fairly small, and the interactions among colleagues also seem very good.
The interview process was very relaxed, without too much pressure.
The boss seems to have a lot of ideas about the professional field. I feel it should be a company with a lot of potential.
They have a very poor sense of time. The boss was very late for the scheduled interview, and the office colleagues said that you have to get used to it...
The job responsibilities and salary were explained very vaguely, and there is a probationary period.
Two interviews were scheduled, and I had to prepare a portfolio for the interview.
It was difficult to wait for notification about whether I had been hired...
It might take a week, or possibly two weeks, to get a result...
Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the atmosphere at work is pretty good.
The employee turnover rate is extremely high.
However, the boss says that since we are a startup, our benefits are definitely good enough to compare with others.
But after staying for a year, the year-end bonus was so little it made me want to cry.........
Basically, working hours are flexible.
The boss especially likes to find you for a quick meeting right before you’re about to leave at 6 p.m.
And then! Ah, your actual leaving time is...... after 7:30 p.m., perhaps!
Bonuses! The company has planned a very good bonus system!
But whether you actually get them...... hehe.
Whether labor and health insurance are enrolled normally in compliance with regulations depends on your luck.
If you discover that you haven’t been enrolled, it’s definitely just an isolated case!
I learned that I need to sign a contract to protect myself in the future.
I previously outsourced web development work for a friend (who worked at this company).
Because we were friends, we didn’t sign a formal contract.
Later, I heard that they said the backend couldn’t be integrated, so I wasn’t paid.
In the end, my friend still paid me out of their own pocket.
Then something even more outrageous happened: I heard that the work was given to other contractors as a reference?
Although what they produced was completely different, I was still utterly shocked!!!!
Mocking ourselves for being such slaves, calling each other presidents and managers. And... that's it.
Working overtime: starting work at 7 a.m. and getting off at 4 a.m., with a starting salary of 0 per month
(Oh, you only get paid when you teach classes, with no transportation allowance, although I heard there should be one?)
For classes the next day, you might not receive notification until 9 p.m., and they might tell you to leave early the following morning or something
The main point is!!! You don't know what you'll have to teach, who the students will be, or how long you'll teach
More importantly!!! After receiving notice of a class, you might have to start staying up all night to prepare the teaching materials yourself, working straight through until dawn
(No alarm clock needed—so convenient
The boss only discusses important matters with people they like. Even if you brought up the matter, they still won't discuss it with you
They really hate you
The product design process keeps going back and forth, and they take it out on the engineers (because engineers won't talk back?)
Even when filing an expense claim for an exhibition, you get criticized for spending too much
For fuck's sake, after spending an entire month preparing teaching materials at night and fixing a product with an absurdly low yield, then teaching classes and entertaining kids during the day, sleeping no more than one or two hours a day—only to get paid 50,000?
Outsourcing an app for 30,000? With a one-month deadline? I'm under so much pressure
They have no technical skills and only make grand promises about taking people abroad to broaden their horizons, but you don't learn what you actually want to learn (and have to pay for the trip yourself?)
Oh, right—the Ministry of Labor and the National Health Insurance Administration: would you like to come inspect this esteemed company?
No insurance, but they do issue withholding statements—a conscientious company indeed.
No interview XD Just have a chat and you can get in
Once you get in, remember to buy B-complex vitamins and liver medicine to boost Taiwan's economy
