Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the atmosphere at work is pretty good.
The employee turnover rate is extremely high.
However, the boss says that since we are a startup, our benefits are definitely good enough to compare with others.
But after staying for a year, the year-end bonus was so little it made me want to cry.........
Basically, working hours are flexible.
The boss especially likes to find you for a quick meeting right before you’re about to leave at 6 p.m.
And then! Ah, your actual leaving time is...... after 7:30 p.m., perhaps!
Bonuses! The company has planned a very good bonus system!
But whether you actually get them...... hehe.
Whether labor and health insurance are enrolled normally in compliance with regulations depends on your luck.
If you discover that you haven’t been enrolled, it’s definitely just an isolated case!
