Pros

Ding Ding Pharmacy sells it.

Cons

The electrical controls supervisor is absolutely terrible. Even when someone is resigning, they still make a big fuss about it. Their EQ is incredibly low. They spend all day hiding where others can't see them, and the only thing they know how to do is dump work on their subordinates. They use their position as a supervisor to threaten subordinates into doing things. It's so frustrating—how can someone like this even become a supervisor!

Sigh... It's all just bitter tears when I talk about it...... I've also been away from this company for some time. I originally applied for the executive assistant position, but during the interview, they didn't tell me what I would be doing after joining. I could only find things to do on my own. During that time, the boss kept hiring executive assistants. If you're lucky and they can't find anyone, you get to stay a few more months. But once a suitable person comes along, they don't want you anymore. It's truly jaw-dropping ಠ_ಠ... So, about the boss of this company~ they're not someone you can retain with genuine sincerity. All you'll get is ruthlessness. People without ability can come and fool around, but don't expect to stay for long (unless you have connections). If you can last more than half a year, your ancestors must have blessed you; people with ability are even less advised to come here. As soon as you hand over your work, they'll still tell you goodbye. They really kill without batting an eye, because as long as they're hiring, there will be someone else—you are just a piece of crap.

In response to the commenter above, I used to work there…

The boss and shareholders were already unfriendly toward long-term employees, and often bullied them (perhaps because they looked down on them!).

In this respect, they are unlike ordinary bosses (who generally value long-term employees)…

They place a great deal of importance on money… Although this is generally the case, this company is “super” focused on it!…

The people who get promoted are all strange… That’s the impression I got.

For those who want to join this company in the future, it may be okay in the short term—just treat it as a donkey… After gaining experience for two or three years, look for a horse…

Let me think carefully None

Cons

The company is very stingy. The pay is too low, the systems are a mess, and the equipment is incomplete. The boss thinks he is an emperor. The rules keep changing.

Benefits

1. Labor insurance, health insurance, and a 6% labor pension contribution. The basics—how can these even be considered benefits!?

2. Free lunch and dinner when working overtime (excluding field staff). None.

3. Free uniform shirts and other wedding/funeral celebration allowances. The uniforms are so ugly—who would want to wear them?

4. Birthday gift vouchers for employees whose birthdays fall in the current month (after three months of employment). I haven't received one yet.

5. Year-end banquet, year-end bonus, and holiday gifts (cash gifts). I haven't received any of these.

6. Promoting outstanding employees and improving their skills (assistance with taking technician certification exams). There aren't even any tools for practice. They just tell employees to attend classes on holidays; it is completely meaningless.

7. Irregular employee trips or gatherings. You have to pay out of pocket to participate. Ha.
