Sigh... It's all just bitter tears when I talk about it...... I've also been away from this company for some time. I originally applied for the executive assistant position, but during the interview, they didn't tell me what I would be doing after joining. I could only find things to do on my own. During that time, the boss kept hiring executive assistants. If you're lucky and they can't find anyone, you get to stay a few more months. But once a suitable person comes along, they don't want you anymore. It's truly jaw-dropping ಠ_ಠ... So, about the boss of this company~ they're not someone you can retain with genuine sincerity. All you'll get is ruthlessness. People without ability can come and fool around, but don't expect to stay for long (unless you have connections). If you can last more than half a year, your ancestors must have blessed you; people with ability are even less advised to come here. As soon as you hand over your work, they'll still tell you goodbye. They really kill without batting an eye, because as long as they're hiring, there will be someone else—you are just a piece of crap.
