The boss often flies into inexplicable rages and frequently berates people for no reason. He is exceptionally skilled at making sarcastic remarks. Even when inspecting and handing over goods at the company, he will make sarcastic comments while giving instructions. If he is dissatisfied, he will threaten to cut your pay. The smiles at exhibitions are all fake; dealing with him is practically no different from being in hell.
There are two types of business trips: motorcycle-based fieldwork and delivery-truck fieldwork. The boss often thinks that going on a business trip means slacking off, and if you return to the company late, you will be cursed at. If you do not manage your time carefully while out on a business trip, you will be on edge the whole time. If you are applying for the delivery driver position, think twice.

Under the leadership of Mr. Hsiao, the boss, I felt an inexplicable sense of fear almost every day. Aside from the frequent questioning and angry scolding during inventory checking and shipping, he also often used sarcastic language when instructing employees on checking and maintaining company tools. I never felt that employees were valued in the slightest. If you do something well, it is considered what you should do; if you do it poorly, you can expect to return to the company and endure a harsh reprimand. The water we drank was often water that had been boiled the previous day.
