During the interview, the boss said I could bring a laptop and use the software I was proficient in.
After buying one, they changed their mind on my first day and said it wasn't allowed.
This kind of boss doesn't have to take responsibility for what they say.
Don't expect the nonsense they say during interviews about raises for good performance or anything like that.
The only advantage is that the colleagues are friendly and easy to chat with.
Low salary (it wasn’t adjusted during my first two years; only when I submitted my resignation did they tell me they would adjust it. The company arbitrarily transfers employees to different departments, and those who are transferred usually resign soon afterward)
