Pros
The only advantage is that the colleagues are friendly and easy to chat with.
Cons
Low salary (it wasn’t adjusted during my first two years; only when I submitted my resignation did they tell me they would adjust it. The company arbitrarily transfers employees to different departments, and those who are transferred usually resign soon afterward)
The job applied for is different from the actual work assigned after joining
The year-end party raffle is drawn according to seniority; employees with less than two years of service are not eligible to participate
