Read the community guidelinesThe supervisor spoke with you very seriously and thoroughly about the company and the professional aspects of the job, and treated applicants with respect.
It feels like a very good company.
The company provides employee parking spaces (for cars).
Interview > Professional exam > Factory tour
Based on the impression from the interview, it should be a good company.
The benefits and salary seem fairly average; they include everything required by the Labor Standards Act.
I didn’t ask about the other details in depth~~~
Lunch is provided
Although lunch is provided, the menu is mediocre at best
Internal management is chaotic, with significant information gaps between departments
You have to spend time verifying things yourself if you want clear information
The boss's ideas are erratic, and they have a habit of changing decisions repeatedly
As a result, only a few people know what they are busy with, while most people are just busying themselves aimlessly
1. The female owner cares very much about everyone. She cares about both current and former employees, and even takes an interest in their career development. It is a very personable company.
2. An employee trip once every six years.
3. There are occupational safety issues, but no one has reported them (an employee’s finger was crushed by a machine and had to be amputated, and they said, “You’re a veteran employee—how could you be so careless?”).
4. You can learn a lot from the job. As for the salary, take another look...
How could such a good company have any shortcomings?
Factory work; everything runs on schedule, with punctual start and finish times~
The 5th and 20th of every month—the only time it’s real is payday!
Factory-floor work, filthy~
Scorching hot in summer (sweating buckets), freezing cold in winter (absolutely icy)
The lunch-provided boxed meal isn’t very hygienic! (There’s a chance it’ll give you diarrhea)
Lots of old-timers, severe cliques, and coworkers easily turn against one another; you may be ostracized or pranked!
This is a company I worked for several years ago. After working for several years, I’ve come to deeply realize how difficult it is to find a company that complies with the Labor Standards Act. Although this company is a family business, it does not have the common shortcomings of family-run companies. It respects its employees and places importance on balancing work and rest. The employees there generally have fairly long tenures. Although I eventually resigned because of issues involving my supervisor, objectively speaking, this is still a fairly good company. It may be the only company I would give a positive review to, haha.
But thinking carefully about my situation, I feel that the management system there may need some adjustments~~~
At the time, I was just a very junior assistant, and my supervisor was only about two years older than me!
Since my supervisor was also still young and needed to prove themselves, I had no opportunity to stand out, hahahaha.
However, I was in the administration department. If you are applying for an engineering position, you probably don’t need to worry.
