Pros
The supervisor spoke with you very seriously and thoroughly about the company and the professional aspects of the job, and treated applicants with respect.
It feels like a very good company.
The company provides employee parking spaces (for cars).
Interview > Professional exam > Factory tour
Based on the impression from the interview, it should be a good company.
Cons
The benefits and salary seem fairly average; they include everything required by the Labor Standards Act.
