1. The company is located in a warehouse with a metal-sheet structure, so it is very hot, although the office has air conditioning (it is still very hot when the air conditioning is off).
2. Salary adjustments are limited.
3. Employees need to cooperate with the twice-yearly inventory counts, but compensatory leave is provided when they fall on holidays.
