1. The supervisor is easy to get along with and often treats us to drinks; they are very approachable for discussion and can offer good insights, both professionally and personally.
2. Snacks are provided regularly.
3. Employee trips are provided (one domestic trip and one overseas trip per year).
4. Birthday dinners.
5. A very harmonious atmosphere.
6. Taking leave is easy; they do not make things difficult.
7. No clocking in required, and no overtime.
1. The company is located in a warehouse with a metal-sheet structure, so it is very hot, although the office has air conditioning (it is still very hot when the air conditioning is off).
2. Salary adjustments are limited.
3. Employees need to cooperate with the twice-yearly inventory counts, but compensatory leave is provided when they fall on holidays.
