Read the community guidelinesThe company’s policies are lax, so you can arrange your work status yourself.
Interview: As long as you are logical and can talk, you will get the job, then listen to the boss ramble for two hours.
Job duties: Sales
There is no training at all. You are thrown straight into the deep end and expected to produce results. At first, they required monthly sales of over 340,000 before you could start receiving bonuses. Other calculation methods were not clearly explained (new customer development? Existing customer development? Channel development?). The company’s average monthly revenue was only around 500,000, so I could not understand how this target was set. The boss kept hoping that sales would cover channels throughout the entire country, but at that time I was the only salesperson ☝️
Salary conditions: The job posting on 104 listed a salary of 30,000.
When I actually started work, they said there was a probationary period for new hires (initially they said one month, but later changed it to three months), reducing the salary to 27,000. They also asked me to write 27,000 on the labor contract. There was a 1,000 fuel allowance, and labor and health insurance contributions were deducted from my pay.
I started working in March, but they did not enroll me in labor and health insurance until April, while still deducting the contributions from my salary.
The boss also said that sales staff do not receive overtime pay.
Benefits:
The information online listed labor and health insurance, leave, employee discounts, and small company snacks.
Don’t expect anything without getting hurt.
The company had no such things as annual leave, birthday leave, or regular holidays; you simply got public holidays off.
Whether you could buy things at the employee price depended on the circumstances.
Small snacks appeared occasionally.
A company I do not recommend applying to.
You may not learn anything.
You may not receive the salary you are entitled to.
There may be no such thing as promotion or a raise.
But
You may be assigned work beyond your professional abilities.
You may receive strange work requests.
