Really, run away quickly
A publicly listed company with great potential and a strong sense of responsibility toward its shareholders
It continues to work hard to grow within the industry
After joining, everyone works together to improve performance
Don’t overthink things during the initial period
Performance targets are set based on the same period previously
You only receive rewards when you understand the value of putting in effort
The sales managers are very capable and can help you
There is also very little overtime
In principle, after working hours, the company will not harass you via messaging apps
I really like this aspect
The company is very respectful of employees’ psychological well-being
You also don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of
Everything complies with the Labor Standards Act
The products have very high reach
They are used in hospitals of all sizes throughout Taiwan
So you don’t have to worry about the hassle of getting the products into hospitals or dealing with similar issues
There will be improvement as long as you promote them diligently
Everyone is very supportive of the policies communicated by management
Management is less likely to keep changing policies
I really like this point
They also won’t constantly pressure you about performance during the initial period
This keeps the pressure from becoming too great
For everyone’s reference, I think it’s pretty good
There aren’t really any drawbacks at the moment. I’ll add more if I think of any.
The salary is okay, but you won't get it. Please see below.
1. The work content and direction change every day: They differ from what was initially agreed upon when I started. The supervisor seems to have no actual management experience and lacks expertise in the field. The project's direction keeps changing according to her personal preferences.
2. Internal communication and handovers are very unprofessional. A colleague does not like you, and no matter what method you use, you cannot cooperate with them (they do not respond to emails or messages, and when you approach them in person, they just say they are busy).
3. Workplace bullying:
1) In my second week after joining, my predecessor asked me some questions and said, “Otherwise, why would we hire you?”
2) In my third week after joining (the second week of knowing the supervisor), simply because my answer did not meet the supervisor's expectations, I was actually told, “Get out!”
3) The experienced employee only handed over details to other members of the team, leaving me unclear about the project's specifics. The junior supervisor then reported to upper management that I could not keep up with the progress and lacked ability.
4) The supervisor treated me unfairly. They spoke kindly to the other two new hires, but were dismissive and very harsh toward me.
5) During meetings, when the experienced employee and the junior supervisor spoke, they deliberately talked only to the others and completely ignored me, treating me as if I were invisible.
4. The company supervisor dares to ask the big boss for money but does not have the courage to take responsibility, and keeps looking for a junior supervisor to use as a scapegoat.
Those who are urgently hiring should be careful!
The interviewers were quite friendly and candidly shared the company’s current situation and expectations. Although some of their responses seemed somewhat tactful, I was generally still able to understand the internal situation.
Although it is a subsidiary of the Bull Biotech Group, actual decision-making authority rests with the group president. Everything has to be decided by the top executive. Despite being labeled a biotechnology company, it is in fact a traditional industry company through and through. The integration of its corporate culture and internal systems and processes is not at the level one would expect of a publicly listed group company.
