Pros

1. For people who have a habit of drinking coffee, the company provides fresh milk and a coffee machine.

2. Jingyu Technology, Dongjing Enterprise, and Jing Workshop are all one family.

3. The company has a habit of worshipping deities. This is something all employees need to complete together, so devout people should like it here.

4. Most of the time, colleagues are easy to get along with.

5. The boss values politeness; you need to use honorifics when speaking.

6. The boss is an all-around boss. He can easily handle every area of the company (sales, design, shipping, business operations, and accounting reconciliation), and his efficiency is extremely high. Those who are eager to learn can come and learn from him more!

Cons

1. Job positions and responsibilities are not clearly divided. Basically, in the end, everyone provides all-around support: wherever there is a gap today, you fill it. However, you still have to finish the tasks within your own responsibilities—if you cannot finish them, please work overtime to handle them. But doing more does not provide opportunities for promotion, and promotion does not necessarily mean a raise. Basically, there is not much prospects for career development.

2. At the Zhongli store, you must memorize the break and cleaning times; not even one extra minute or second is allowed. Someone will also remind you about restroom time, so you need to pay attention yourself. At the Hsinchu store, however, no one oversees things, and the environmental cleanliness is quite horrifying. Every visit is very uncomfortable, and during shifts it is very easy to encounter... things from another world.

3. Salaries and bonuses are habitually paid late. The longest delay experienced was nearly two months. Consider for yourself whether this would affect your livelihood.

4. Since many decisions require the boss's approval, you must coordinate with the boss's schedule. Usually, he is only available for discussion after 3–4 p.m. or at night.

5. The boss really likes asking the young women sitting by his office door to go in and help him type, make coffee, and pour tea. It is not that other people are never asked; it is just that young women have a particularly high chance of being called in :) Those who understand, understand what this means.

6. The boss likes to put pressure on employees to work overtime. If things do not go his way, he will fly into a rage. You need to have strong psychological resilience. (There was an employee who saw a psychiatrist and took a long leave with a medical certificate.) He may also deduct performance pay in ways that cannot be disclosed transparently and have no clear basis. Overtime pay can only be claimed after working at least one full hour of overtime; 30 minutes does not qualify for overtime pay.

7. Basically, the employee travel benefit is as good as nonexistent. You have to remember to apply for any benefits yourself; otherwise, the company will simply pretend not to know. After all, the great accounting lady is extremely busy—she also has to handle account write-offs, deity worship, reminding people to clean and maintain hygiene, and watching whether employees are slacking off, among other things.

8. After working there, I personally would not dare buy the company's products. They are not entirely bad, but you can judge for yourself. In any case, reviews can all be found online.

9. Oh, and after joining the company, you are always getting sick. I heard that one colleague's health completely broke down, and that their menstrual period continued for three months or something. I do not know whether it is true :)

10. You can tell the state of the company just by looking at the age distribution of its employees. The experienced employees are extremely experienced, while the remaining few people probably do not last a year and may disappear at any time.

Pros

You can develop your EQ and learn how to please a calculating boss.

Cons

1. Bonuses are not announced publicly; they can be changed from monthly to quarterly or even delayed simply by mentioning it briefly in a meeting, exploiting loopholes in the Labor Standards Act.

2. Employees and consumers who choose this company have only themselves to blame—or are simply unlucky. In short, the products have no quality whatsoever.

3. The company has bad feng shui, and I kept getting sick after joining.

It is the same company as Dongjing Technology Co., Ltd. Enter at your own risk!!!!

There are no advantages. What you think is the agreed-upon salary will partly be converted into bonuses and may even be paid late. They exploit loopholes in the Labor Standards Act. This company and Dongjing Enterprise Co., Ltd. are the same company. Proceed with caution.
