The bonus system has problems
There is virtually no path for advancement
Bonuses are paid irregularly, whenever they feel like paying them. If you want to work here, it’s best not to be short on money, because you have to pay for everything upfront
Long working hours, with severe infighting among the office staff
The person in charge is fond of women
