Pros

If you're not in the habit of checking reviews first, or think, “It probably won’t happen to me,” after working there you’ll come to love the habit of Googling before going to work and will no longer casually put yourself to the test.

Cons

“Before resigning, be sure to carefully calculate and check whether your salary is correct.”

“Before resigning, be sure to carefully calculate and check whether your salary is correct.”

“Before resigning, be sure to carefully calculate and check whether your salary is correct.”

Keeping evidence of your work to protect yourself is the biggest lesson here; you’ll be grateful you kept a few extra copies.

Pros

There’s nothing much to say.

Cons

They send people to work at remote client sites and then completely ignore them (you see them fewer than five times a year, roughly). If they decide someone is not obedient, they send that person to a terrible workplace (e.g., Banqiao Funeral Home). When the employee requests involuntary termination in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and payment of severance, they slam their fists on the table and refuse to cooperate, yet still expect the other party to appeal to personal feelings? They even dare to bring up an incident in which the employee was falsely accused of sexual harassment and demand that the employee simply swallow it.

This kind of company—patting obedient people on the head while abandoning anyone who does not comply—is really not recommended for job seekers to try.

Pros

There are no advantages.

Cons

On the day of the interview, they directly collected basic personal documents, such as a copy of my graduation certificate, a copy of my ID card, and a copy of my bankbook account information. It was extremely strange.

During the interview, the southern-region manager said that the five-day adaptation period would be unpaid and that labor and health insurance would not be provided. When I asked the cooperating public institution, South/City/Library/New/Head/館, they simply brushed me off, saying they knew absolutely nothing about it. They acted in collusion, clearly knowing it was illegal but pretending it had nothing to do with them.

After the five days, they forgot to enroll me in labor and health insurance. They only helped enroll me after I repeatedly urged the office to do so.

The day before payday, the office called asking for my personal information, even though I had submitted all of it on the day of the interview. When I asked where the documents had gone, they impatiently said they did not know and told me to submit the information quickly or they would not have time to process my pay. I was completely dumbfounded. Their tone was also extremely rude, as if I owed them something.

When I encountered difficulties at work and reported them to the company, I asked the southern-region manager to meet with me and explained all of my difficulties with South/City/Library/New/Head/館 without holding anything back. The next day, I was removed from the group chat and fired immediately. After I had worked only a few days, they treated some first-time mistakes as evidence of inadequate ability, burdening my colleagues with having to look after me. The screenshot they sent explaining the reason for my resignation also showed that the staff at South/City/Library/New/Head/館 did not seem to like the employee training I proposed. They even said that, to avoid disputes, they should hire several more people whenever possible. They do not treat employees as people, but as disposable chopsticks.

As soon as I resigned, they immediately removed me from the insurance, cleanly and efficiently. In contrast, their handling of enrollment was truly ironic.

I applied to the company for a certificate of involuntary separation, but even the basic information was absurdly incorrect. They only agreed to reissue it after I requested corrections twice.

When I asked the staff at South/City/Library/New/Head/館, they directly responded that this was a dispute between me and the staffing company, and that the library was only responsible for introducing the library job duties. They completely pushed all responsibility away, as if they had never been involved from the beginning—a perfect example of public-private cooperation.

Pros

It is easy to resign; you will not be given a hard time.

Cons

The company seriously exploits its employees. The boss is personally very capable, but his character is unacceptable and he makes sarcastic remarks about people.

On the day of my interview, the boss had something come up unexpectedly, so I was interviewed by one of his trusted confidants. The confidant was crude and rude. After staring at each other awkwardly for a few seconds, she blurted out, “Your résumé”—she was trying to ask whether I had brought my résumé. She does not know how to speak properly, and despite having graduated from university, she does not understand basic manners. Someone like this can become the boss’s trusted confidant, which shows that the boss either does not know how to use people or is unwilling to employ someone who might threaten him in the future. And sure enough! Later, I heard the boss and his confidant criticizing an employee in the restroom.

You’re better off staying away from this kind of employer!
