Pros

There are no advantages.

Cons

On the day of the interview, they directly collected basic personal documents, such as a copy of my graduation certificate, a copy of my ID card, and a copy of my bankbook account information. It was extremely strange.

During the interview, the southern-region manager said that the five-day adaptation period would be unpaid and that labor and health insurance would not be provided. When I asked the cooperating public institution, South/City/Library/New/Head/館, they simply brushed me off, saying they knew absolutely nothing about it. They acted in collusion, clearly knowing it was illegal but pretending it had nothing to do with them.

After the five days, they forgot to enroll me in labor and health insurance. They only helped enroll me after I repeatedly urged the office to do so.

The day before payday, the office called asking for my personal information, even though I had submitted all of it on the day of the interview. When I asked where the documents had gone, they impatiently said they did not know and told me to submit the information quickly or they would not have time to process my pay. I was completely dumbfounded. Their tone was also extremely rude, as if I owed them something.

When I encountered difficulties at work and reported them to the company, I asked the southern-region manager to meet with me and explained all of my difficulties with South/City/Library/New/Head/館 without holding anything back. The next day, I was removed from the group chat and fired immediately. After I had worked only a few days, they treated some first-time mistakes as evidence of inadequate ability, burdening my colleagues with having to look after me. The screenshot they sent explaining the reason for my resignation also showed that the staff at South/City/Library/New/Head/館 did not seem to like the employee training I proposed. They even said that, to avoid disputes, they should hire several more people whenever possible. They do not treat employees as people, but as disposable chopsticks.

As soon as I resigned, they immediately removed me from the insurance, cleanly and efficiently. In contrast, their handling of enrollment was truly ironic.

I applied to the company for a certificate of involuntary separation, but even the basic information was absurdly incorrect. They only agreed to reissue it after I requested corrections twice.

When I asked the staff at South/City/Library/New/Head/館, they directly responded that this was a dispute between me and the staffing company, and that the library was only responsible for introducing the library job duties. They completely pushed all responsibility away, as if they had never been involved from the beginning—a perfect example of public-private cooperation.
