Pros
During the interview, the technical manager seemed like a good person and someone who could control 70–80% of the programming requirements. Basically, they would not accept unreasonable requirements. In principle, the company does not require overtime (except when holding exhibitions).
Cons
It takes quite a long time to find out whether you got the job.
