It is run entirely according to a very traditional family-business model. Everything depends completely on their mood. When they are in a good mood, even if you make a mistake, they will explain it nicely and tell you to be more careful next time. When they are in a bad mood, they will relentlessly lecture you about why you made a mistake. Every member of the boss's family has a different opinion, so you never know whose directions to follow.

A company that treats people realistically, where the manager’s daughter allows longer-serving employees to bully newer colleagues. Previously, a colleague who had been there for less than a month picked the wrong medicine because they were unfamiliar with how medicines were placed along the corridor. After that, the boss’s wife treated the colleague as a thorn in her side, publicly shouting at and humiliating them several times a day without any regard for their dignity. Whenever she encountered the colleague, she would ask, “Did you get enough sleep today?” As a result, the colleague said they often had nightmares and became mentally exhausted.
Suitable for women returning to work, but you need strong willpower because the work is physically demanding. If your child falls ill or has a fever and no one is available to care for them, you can take leave directly. You may also bring your child along, but no one will help look after them, so you will have to care for them yourself.
The company environment is poor, with food left around everywhere and cockroaches crawling all over the place. It is a family-run business, and there is an obvious difference in treatment between family members and employees. The owner’s wife often gives people a hard time and magnifies and scrutinizes others’ minor mistakes, refusing to let matters go when she is in the right, while she simply brushes off her own mistakes and moves on. The company has no proper policies or procedures. Taking annual leave is an employee right, but you have to fully accommodate the company in order to take it.
