Read the community guidelinesWhat advantages are there?
1. It is unclear why people are being recruited, and no clear tasks are provided.
2. Requirements for the tasks to be carried out are inconsistent, with extremely significant differences.
3. There is no complete equipment application and review process. After equipment is provided, employees are repeatedly told that the company’s requirements for the output are not that high. On top of that, there are frequent sarcastic remarks.
4. The work environment is not very friendly: there is the smell of incense from religious rituals, the smell of indoor smoking, and the air conditioning is not repaired for long periods. The equipment provided is problematic and unusable, and much of the equipment is brought by colleagues themselves.
5. The information communicated to employees is highly unequal and inconsistent; descriptions and details of the same matter can be completely different.
6. There is excessive interference in employees’ professional expertise, leaving no room for them to exercise a reasonable degree of autonomy.
7. Dismissing colleagues is handled quite impulsively, with strange reasons given for dismissal. Sometimes, after asking someone to stay, they suddenly ask that person to leave, or dismiss them for reasons that do not reflect the actual circumstances.
I, too, joined in a strange way and left in a strange way.
Very relaxed
The employer may not have thought things through before hiring someone. The boss likes shiny, glittering styles with silver-to-gold gradients, and it feels like they made a lot of those images typically shared by older relatives. The communication process within the department was quite problematic. Later, my supervisor used a strange excuse to get me to resign voluntarily. I asked whether that counted as termination and whether I should receive severance pay. He said that if I were terminated, there would be a record, which might make it harder for me to find my next job. I later found out that the next company cannot see any record of termination, so I was effectively terminated without receiving severance pay. In short, the entire period of employment was completely bizarre.
